User Access - Admin Management

Publish Story's User Access lets admins control who can do what. Assign permissions to users, manage teams, and copy access settings.
As an Admin, assign specific permissions to each author to retain complete control over access assignment and approval, keeping your content strategy on track.There are 4 parts to the “Permissions” sub-module :

The “Invite User” button at the top right corner of the screen lands you on the “User Access” window.
2. User Access
Here you can grant permission to users through their email address on specified Channels & Teams through a dropdown that consists of all the teams with permission levels mapped to the selected channel.
You can also manage user access for page builder and analytics too. ![Page Builder access.]()
3. Team Info
Find our predefined set of permissions (Team) information here.
A Team helps to organise authors into pre-defined teams with specific access levels to maintain a cohesive content strategy. Teams are prdefined on a set basis on access to sections or the entire channel and type of permissions.
Access DetailsWe have listed p ermission details of the user for whom access was requested for your reference. You may also configure permission of the teams that you are authorised to admin. A disabled link will appear in all such records where you may choose to admin.
